Is your phone
ready for eSIM?

Check the model, purchase region and carrier lock before choosing a plan.

Check your exact device.

Find the model number
iPhone: Settings → General → About. Android: Settings → About phone. Note the full model number and where the device was purchased.
Look for eSIM settings
iPhone: Settings → Mobile Service → Add eSIM. Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM manager. Pixel: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs.
Confirm your carrier lock
On iPhone, check Carrier Lock under About. It should say No SIM restrictions. For Android, confirm the unlock status with your carrier.

A missing menu alone does not prove the phone is incompatible. Confirm the exact regional model with its manufacturer.
