SERVICE INFORMATION · UPDATED 2 OCTOBER 2026

Payments & refunds

No payments are currently accepted

RP top-ups and eSIM checkout are not yet connected. The site does not collect card details or initiate payments.

RP pricing

The planned exchange rate is €1 = 10 RP. Additional RouteMatch comparisons cost 10 RP after the three monthly free live matches. The price is displayed before a charged comparison. A failed comparison or a demo does not use the allowance or balance.

Before sales open

Payment processing, seller identity, applicable purchase conditions and refund procedures will be published before top-ups or eSIM orders become available. No refund entitlement or restriction is being invented for products that are not yet sold here.
